Shipping policy

Processing time Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

UK delivery We ship to all UK addresses. Estimated delivery time once dispatched is 3 to 7 business days.

International delivery We ship to selected international destinations including the European Union. Estimated delivery time once dispatched is 7 to 14 business days. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes on arrival, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery.

Delays Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Occasionally delays occur due to carrier issues or customs processing outside of our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please contact us at anique@gatherandgrow.community and we will look into it for you.

Digital products Field guides and other digital downloads are delivered instantly by email upon purchase. No shipping applies.
