Returns and refunds

We want you to be happy with your Wild Ones purchase. Here is how returns and refunds work across our different products.

Digital downloads (field guides) All digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable once downloaded. Because the file is delivered instantly, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on field guides or digital bundles.

If you experience a technical issue with your download, please get in touch at anique@gatherandgrow.community and we will make it right.

Physical products (swag, stickers, and other items) We do not offer returns or exchanges on physical products unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If this happens, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at anique@gatherandgrow.community with a photo of the issue and your proof of purchase. We will sort it out for you.

EU customers If you are based in the European Union and have purchased a physical product, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it under EU consumer law, for any reason. Digital products are exempt from this right once the download has begun.
